Group then divides into stations:

4. Focus Pads - working techniques (1 Round)
5. Uppercut Bag (1 Round)
6. Double-End Bag (1 Round)
7. Heavy Bag (1 Round)
8. Shadowboxing with dumbbells (1 Round)
9. Heavy Bag (1 Round)
10. Sit-ups (1 Round)
11. Push-ups (1 Round)
12. Skipping (1 Round)
Warm Down - move backwards, forwards and side-to-side in a proper
boxing stance (1 Round)
