Warm up - circle the gym at a jog and skip (5 minutes) 

Stretch  (10 minutes)

Shadowbox -2 X 3 Minute Rounds

Group then divides into stations:

1. Heavy Bag (1 Round)

2. Jumping Jacks (1 Round)

3. Heavy Bag (1 Round)

4. Focus Pads - working techniques (1 Round) 

5. Uppercut Bag (1 Round)

6. Double-End Bag (1 Round)

7. Heavy Bag (1 Round)

8. Shadowboxing  with dumbbells (1 Round) 

9. Heavy Bag (1 Round)

10. Sit-ups (1 Round)

11. Push-ups (1 Round)

12. Skipping (1 Round) 

Warm Down  - move backwards, forwards and side-to-side in a proper boxing stance (1 Round)

Defense/Blocking (1 round)
